Refunds & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized handcrafted items
- Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Items damaged due to improper assembly
Additional Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable patterns or instructions
- Seasonal or holiday-themed items (e.g., Halloween decorations)
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your item directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are provided:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
